Job Description and Responsibilities:
Our facility relies on a skilled and diverse group of individuals, each bringing their expertise and knowledge to ensure that our customers’ fleets are operating at a full capacity by providing them flawless all-around service. Our day to day operations consist of diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic systems, performing annual FMCSA DOT inspections and other basic and in depth repairs that semi-trucks and trailers require. While the range of possible tasks and responsibilities is fairly wide, we don’t expect you to be an expert in all of them - our company culture entices people to thrive in their field of expertise, while giving them time and opportunity to learn other aspects of the position that they’re not too familiar with. While individually our team members might not know every solution to the problems that come to us, but collectively we are capable of servicing every aspect of a semi fleet.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Verifiable experience as an automotive or semi truck technician.
Strong knowledge of and understanding of semi trucks and their equipment.
Understand and be able to perform FMCSA Annual inspections.
OR
If you have no experience yet, but are willing to learn new skills, we are always looking for apprentices to assist our technicians and sooner than later become individual technicians themselves!
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following certifications and skills are advantageous:
ASE Certifications.
AUTOTEC Certifications.
Section 609 EPA Certification.
CVSA/NASI Part A and Part B Certification.
Passenger Carrier Vehicle Inspection (PSCVI) Certification.
CDL license is not required but considered a significant advantage.
Or any other industry specific certification, diploma or degree.
Compensation:
The compensation package for this position varies based on experience and credentials, starting at $20 per hour and ranging up to $50 per hour base pay for highly skilled technicians in addition to performance bonuses. Regardless of your hourly rate or position, we reward our employees with performance bonuses based on individual and team performances to encourage team work as well as self improvement and healthy competition.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Collision Repair Technician, you will be responsible for various and diverse range of projects, from simple bumper replacements to complex jackknife repairs. No job is too big or too small for us. Our team is a diverse group of individuals, each of whom bring their own knowledge and skills to our facility. If you are experienced in metal fabrication, assembly, sanding and preparation work, painting, glass replacements, dent removal… this and many other autobody skills, you might be a great fit for us!
